I have tried several different drivers for it, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver and still nothing. I installed it and ran it, but it did not recognize my fingerprint scanner either. So I did more research and found HP SimplePass. I had to reboot to safemode and uninstall it. It installed and started working, but the moment I rebooted my computer all I got as a flashing screen and nothing else.
